In 2025, members of the Chad Jones Law team came together to take part in community initiatives across the places where we live and work. These efforts reflect the time, care, and presence our staff committed beyond the office, showing up for people and organisations that matter to our communities.
From recognising frontline professionals to supporting families, children, and local programmes, each initiative represents a moment where our team stepped in to contribute in practical, human ways.
Below is a look at the community initiatives Chad Jones Law took part in throughout the year.

During ER Nurses Week, Chad Jones Law took time to recognize the extraordinary role emergency room nurses play on the front lines of patient care. These professionals work under constant pressure, providing lifesaving treatment, compassion, and stability during some of the most critical moments in people’s lives.
To show our appreciation, Attorney Heath and members of the Chad Jones Law team visited local emergency rooms to deliver coffee to ER nurses as a small but heartfelt thank-you. It was our way of acknowledging the long hours, emotional strength, and dedication required in emergency medicine.
At Chad Jones Law, we often see the impact of ER nurses in the earliest moments after serious accidents, when every decision and every second matters. As the week concluded, we highlighted their lasting influence not only in immediate care but also through the medical records and documentation that support recovery and justice long after a patient leaves the ER.

COATS4KIDS™ remains one of the most meaningful initiatives led by Chad Jones Law. Since its launch in 2014, the program has provided thousands of new winter coats to children across Texas. In 2022, the initiative was formalized into a nonprofit foundation, allowing the program to expand its reach and deepen its impact.
This year, teams in College Station, Lubbock, and Midland came together to distribute 1,000 new winter coats to children in need. More than a seasonal item, each coat represented comfort, confidence, and a sense of belonging for the families who received them.
The initiative is rooted in a simple but powerful goal: to engage, empower, and enrich our communities through practical action. When children are warm, they are better prepared to learn, play, and participate. When families see businesses and volunteers standing beside them, trust and connection grow.
This year’s drive was made possible by generous partners and donors who contributed time, resources, and presence, including:
COATS4KIDS reflects the same principle that guides our legal work: standing with people in moments of need and helping build stability where it matters most.
On First Responders Day, our team had the privilege of visiting the College Station Fire Department and Lubbock Fire Rescue to personally thank the firefighters, EMTs, police officers, and emergency personnel who protect our communities every day.
The visit included shared conversations, laughter, and breakfast tacos as a simple gesture of gratitude. These men and women show up daily with courage, professionalism, and compassion, often without recognition.
We extend special thanks to La Familia Taqueria and Arandas Taqueria LBK for helping provide meals for the teams. Chad Jones Law is proud to stand alongside first responders and acknowledge the vital role they play in keeping our communities safe.
Chad Jones Law supported Women’s Protective Services of Lubbock by providing winter coats for children currently housed at the shelter. At the time of support, the organization was caring for 55 women and 67 children who rely on safe housing and community assistance.
In addition to coats, Women’s Protective Services identified a need for blankets and towels. Our team helped raise awareness and encouraged community members to donate essential items to bring added warmth and comfort to families in transition.
This initiative reflects our belief that even small acts of kindness can make a meaningful difference when families need support most.

On Veterans Day, Chad Jones Law paused to honor the men and women who have served and continue to serve our country. Service, courage, and integrity are values that align closely with the way we approach our work and our responsibilities to others.
We proudly recognized members of our team, families, and friends who have served:
Their commitment, both in uniform and beyond, serves as a daily reminder of what true service looks like. We extend our gratitude to all veterans and service members for their sacrifice, resilience, and enduring example.

Chad Jones Law team members volunteered their time to support the Food for Families drive in Brazos and Midland. Our teams helped prepare, package, and distribute food parcels to families in need, ensuring that households had access to essential nourishment during challenging times.
This hands-on involvement reflects our belief that showing up matters just as much as giving.

Through the Community Ties holiday program, Chad Jones Law supported children during the festive season by sponsoring three children and purchasing gifts for each of them. The initiative provides toys and gifts to more than 200 children every year, helping ensure that families experience warmth and joy during the holidays.
Trina from our Midland office represented the firm at the event, reinforcing our continued commitment to community presence and personal engagement.
Each of these initiatives reflects a shared belief at Chad Jones Law: we are more than our cases. We are part of the communities we serve, and we take that responsibility seriously. As we move forward, we remain committed to strengthening partnerships, expanding outreach, and continuing to show up where help is needed most.
Community engagement is not a one-time effort. It is an ongoing commitment, built through action, consistency, and care.
