Chad Jones Law is pleased to announce Heath Poole, our latest new hire, to our legal team. Heath brings a wealth of knowledge that elevates our commitment to outstanding injury law representation for our valued clients.
Heath grew up in Overton, Texas, where he graduated from Overton High School. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Texas A&M University in 1997. Then, he received a Juris Doctor degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2000.
Before joining Chad Jones Law, Heath worked four years as in-house counsel and land operations manager at an oil and gas company.
He handled a diverse array of cases, including:

• Real Estate Transactions and Litigation
• Wills and Estates
• Business Contracts
• Criminal Defense
Heath is not only an accomplished attorney in Texas but also an active member of the legal community. He served as President of the Brazos County Bar Association and was a Texas Young Lawyers Association board member. He is a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. Additionally, Thomas Reuters named Heath a Rising Star in Texas Monthly.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Heath is deeply committed to community service. He served as a President and board member of area civic and charitable organizations in Brazos County.
